2nd Project: May 1998 – December 1998
In order to standardise the distribution of SWIFT messages within the ABN AMRO Bank, I coordinated the worldwide implementation of a new SWIFT gateway by performing the following activities:
Describing the processes and procedures of a project office and implementing a new project office to support the project.
Planning of the global implementation, revise planning when needed and review the progress.
Report progress to the ABN AMRO implementation organisation project manager.
Communicating with the global ABN AMRO banks in the project regarding upgrading hardware, training and installation by SWIFT and set-up of Alliance Access to distribute the SWIFT messages according to the organisational structure and the new standards.

Reporting problems and troubleshooting in close cooperation with the SWIFT organisation.
