The goal of the first internship is to learn to participate in a project team. The external project is the implementation of a Helpdesk system and a Timesheet application at a government organization.
I performed the following activities:

Attend meetings, studying reports, creating minutes of meetings and other documentation

Investigation on employee acceptance (willingness) of change in the organisation or in functions.

Made a functional database (re) design of the Helpdesk application, in order to store the history.

Attend and participate in training and delivery of the Timesheet application to the end-users.
