Below documents were needed to let the internal implementation organisation maintain and implement the application SBS, a fixed net Telephone Project Management System. The 3 documents I created were accepted and formally handed over to KPN.

  • Functional Design for the application SBS.
  • End User Manual (GEHA) for the application SBS.
  • Application Production Manual (APH) for installation and management of the application SBS.
