UAT Tester A/R and Collection
Participating in the UAT (User Acceptance Test) Amdocs Accounts Receivable, with main focus on Collection. The pre-defined tests are performed according to the MMO methods and standards. I have performed the following activities:
Set up of the Amdocs Operational Database and running of (Collection) Batch jobs
Testing the “Collection categories”, do the right accounts enter the correct collection paths
Testing the “Collection Step Policy”, are all the steps in a collection path performed
Testing the “Re-categorization”, do the accounts change collection path after pre-defined change
Testing the on-line collection screens and activities according to the impact assessment

Creating and managing bugs and error reports, re-test after new version delivery or patch
